こんにちは。就活支援事業部の山本です。
新卒（現大学生３年生）の企業への就職活動もいよいよ本格化してきました。
この時期になると私が就職支援をしている学生からもメールや電話が多くなってきます。
（いよいよ、応募書類提出が本格化、面接もはじまりますから）
メールや電話の内容からも「教えて欲しい」「アドバイスが欲しい」「何とかしてほしい」的な
もの（依頼・お願い系ですね）が強く伝わってくるようになります。
私が知る限りでは、学生は、大人に比べて総じて「素直」ですし、何とか力になってあげたい、という気持ちも自然と沸いてきます。しかし、私も仕事とはいえ、人の子、頼まれ方によっては対応が違ってくるのも事実です（少なくとも優先順位は変わります）。
そんな中でも毎年感じるのが「頼み上手」な人は「得する」ということですね。
「頼み上手」な人は、他の人より「より応援してしまう」のです（笑）。
私は、いつもそういう学生に出会うと、『自分も見習わなければ』と思います。
「頼み上手」な学生というのは、メールでも電話でも面談でも、どれをとっても
感じが良いのです。きっと就職活動でもうまくいく場合が多いのではないかと思います。
簡単ですが、これまで接した「頼み上手な学生」に「共通する点」を以下書いてみます。
・会話の中で自分以外の人の話や事例が多くでてくる。
・電話、メールの使い分けが上手い。
・相手に考える時間の猶予を与えながら、自分への回答期限をさりげなく伝えられる。
・その日中に講義、面談のお礼がくる、プラスしっかり依頼の内容が書かれている。
・メールの訂正や内容の補足が、すぐあとに別メールでくる
（名前間違いや内容が？なとき）。
・先に自分の意見や感想を相手に伝えてから、自分の依頼をする。
・相手に一方的に回答を求めない。
当たり前といえば当たり前かもしれませんが、
このあたりが学生の段階でできているのは、「驚き」でもあります。
そういう学生には、逆に私から、今までどのような環境で過ごしてきたのか、聞かせてもらうこともあります。
聞いていると『家族』の影響が強いように感じます。話に家族がでてくることが多いのです。家族は「最小の社会」とも言いますしね。あとは『部活』などです。
いずれにせよ、「何かをする際に、その意味（理由：なぜそうしないといけないのか）を一緒に教えてもらっているか」だと感じます。
この仕事、学生に学ぶところが多いです、はい。

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass' favor.
