就活支援事業部の山本です.
10月に入り、新卒（大卒）の就職活動のスタートがきられました.
採用の本番はまだまだこれからですが、学生が登録する就活サイトなどは
すでにオープンしています.
採用する側である企業のエントリーも件数では昨年以上となっており、採用意欲は
活発だと聞いています.
しかし、ここ数日（といっても今年の春ぐらいからですが）、経済、特に金融をとりまく
環境は激変しています.
このような環境変化は、これからの就職活動にどのような影響を及ぼすのでしょうか.
これまでのトレンドからは、経済環境の悪化が即新卒採用減につながるということは
ありませんでした、ちょっと遅れてやってくるという感じです.景気と採用意欲にはそもそも
相関関係はない（低い）という意見もあります.また、近年の少子化による影響も無視できません.
そのような中、今年の新卒採用に関しては前年並みという見方も多くありました（一部の一昨年、昨年大量
採用した業種を除き）.
しかし、この激変で今後と見通しはかなり変わってきているのではないかと思われます.
消費心理の冷え込みは相当なものですし、こういった環境で不動産業界の次に悪くなるといわれている
自動車産業にも深刻な影響がではじめています.
当社とかかわりのある愛知県にある機械のパーツなどを取り扱う商社の社長は、数年前から
”この景気はいずれ『大きく』後退する.だから堅実な経営が必要.だから、色々な意味でそういう
状況になることをおりこみ済みで動いています”
とつねづね話されていました.ここに来て、その社長のことばを思い出しました.
就職活動に携わっていて、こういう景気の変わり目で感じるのは、採用する側の企業と
学生との温度差です.
最近、学校関係者や昨年就職活動した学生から聞くのは、
”今年の３年生（大学）は去年よりのんびりしている”
ということばです.
売り手市場でどんどん内定がでた、そんな時代の『転換点』に今年はなるように思います.
これから就職活動をはじめようとする学生と接する機会が多くなってきますが、
このような企業と学生の温度差をつめていく、ギャップを埋めていく、そのようなサービスが提供できれば
と考えています.

This page appears to recieve a great deal of visitors. How do you advertise it? It offers a nice individual twist on things. I guess having something authentic or substantial to give info on is the most important factor.

There are some interesting points in this article but I don't know if I see all of them eye to heart. There is some validity but I will hold judgment until I look into it further. Good clause, thanks and we want more! Added to FeedBurner besides.

I'll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. (There are other players worth considering out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this gives you enough info to make an informed decision of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as well.)
