先日、あるお客様で、マネジャーなどリーダー向けの研修をさせて頂きました。
研修は丸1日でしたが、その中の1コマ（2時間弱）で、
弊社の書籍で扱っております、「人事労務管理力」について講義＆ワークをさせて頂きました。

当たり前といえばそれまでなのですが、このテーマに最も関心を持って取り組んで頂けたのは、部下をより多く抱えていらっしゃるマネジャーの方々でした。きっと日頃から人の問題に関する悩みを多かれ少なかれお持ちなのでしょう。
この研修の後半では、今期の目標設定（研修用ではなく現実の仕事に関わるもの）をして頂いたのですが、その目標（自己啓発目標）の1つに、人事労務管理力の強化を挙げられた方もいらっしゃいました。
「人事労務管理力」で扱うテーマは、一見すると見過ごされがちなとても地味なテーマではありますが、その実、職場運営や個と組織の成長にとって必要欠かさざるテーマでもあります。
今回の研修で、そのことに気づかれたことはきっとその組織にとっても大変有意義なことではなかったかと自負しております。

Hands down, Apple's app store wins by a mile. It's a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I'm not sure I'd want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
