NO.15:「自信」

2008年10月06日　【社長日記】

９月２８日（日曜日）に地区の運動会があり、

１０月４日（土曜日）に私の子供が通う小学校の

運動会がありました。

さすがに、この年代になっての連続の運動会参加は、

つらいものがありました。

せめて、地区の運動会は春にして欲しいと思いました。

筋肉痛ならまだいいですが、怪我する可能性もある訳で、

運動会当日は力を抜いて走ろうと心に誓っていました。

でも、いざ本番となると本気で走ってしまうんですね。

人間の本能って、押さえられないです。

不思議です。

走っているときには、気持ちは前に前にという感じでしたが、

足は完全に空回りしていました。

オヤジ化が進んでいることに、少し悲しい思いをしました。

それでは、ブログ第１５号は、「自信」についてです。

●「自信」

定義）　自分の能力や価値を認め、自己責任のもとに行動する

●行動例でチェック）

１．目を輝かせ、身振り手振りを交えてイキイキと話している。

２．目標に向かうプロセスの一つひとつを成功体験にしている。

３．様々な機会に自分の考えや理念を伝えている。

４．自分の軸を持ち、常に一貫した考えで語っている。

本当に自信を持っている人は、自信があるともないとも言いません。

自信のない人は、自信がないと言います。

では、自信がある人はどういう人でしょう？

一般的には、能力・知識や経験がある人が、自信がある人と思われる

かもしれません。

しかし、私はこう思います。

自信がある人とは、「物事に対し、しっかり準備できる人」であると。

しっかり準備することが、自信に繋がるのは、間違いないと思います。

準備すれば、たとえ経験や知識・能力がなくても、何とかなるものと

思います。

みなさん、準備をしっかりする習慣を身に付けましょう。

そうしたら、自信がみなぎってくるはずです。

次回は、「大局感」についてです。
