はじめまして。デライトコンサルティングの近藤です。
ＨＰの全面改定を機に、今日から社長ブログを書くことになりました。
初めてのブログで、多少緊張気味です。
ブログって何を書いたらよいのかよく分かりませんが、みなさんよろしくお願いします。
●とはいうものの、何かテーマをもって書いたほうが継続するだろうということで思いついたのが、「持ち味」についてです。
●人にはそれぞれ、「持ち味」というものが必ずあります。当社ではその「持ち味」を、７０項目のカード（ビジネス編）にしてみました。そのカード1枚1枚について、みなさんにお伝えすると同時に、改めて自分自身についても考えてみようかなと思っています。
●たまに気が向いたら、カードとは関係のないブログも書いてみたいと思います。
それでは、ブログ第１号は、「素直さ」についてです。
●「素直さ」
定義）相手の意見や考えを肯定的に受け入れる
●行動例でチェック）
１．物事を頼まれたときは、「はい」といって協力している。
２．他者からの助言をすぐメモに書き留めている。
３．自分の言動が間違っていると気づいたとき、すぐ修正をしている。
４．部下や後輩から進言されたとき、よいと思ったことは取り入れている。
●「素直さ」、この言葉とってもいい響きです。素直な人に私は惹かれてしまいます。まず第一に素直な人はそれだけで好印象です。
私も社長として、メンバーに仕事を頼んだ時に、「はい」といって仕事を受けてもらえた時は、とっても嬉しい気持ちになります。また、次も仕事を頼みたくなります。
●ということは、素直な人は人を呼び込み、仕事のチャンスも増えるということだと思います。多くの人とかかわり、仕事をこなすようになり、どんどん成長していくんでしょうね。
● 人間、歳を重ね（それなりの経験をする）、地位が上がるほど素直になれなくなってしまうものです。背負うものが大きくなったり、忙しく過ごしていると、なかなか相手の意見や考えを、すっと肯定的に聴けなくなります。
● 子供のころを振り返ると、確かに今よりも随分と素直だったよなと思うのは、私だけでしょうか。素直じゃない子供（うちの長男も？！）も最近多い気がしますが、子供に戻った感覚で、「素直さ」を実践したいと思います！！
● デライトコンサルティングは、来期で創業から１０期を迎えます。私の中では第２創業期と位置づけています。「素直さ」大切です。
伊藤さん、お返事遅くなって申し訳ありません。お返事くれて嬉しいです。当社で「持ち味カード」を使った研修をすることがあるのですが、「素直さ」に関しては、参加者のみなさん、夫婦関係において、お互いに素直になりたいのだけれど、なれないというコメントをよくくれます。結構多いです。タイミングを見て、職場や家庭で素直なところを、チラッと見せてみてはいかがでしょうか。何かよい変化があるのかもしれません。いい結果がでましたら、是非お知らせ下さい。

olá galera, verdadeiramente manter um automóvel é difícil devido ao altos custos de algumas empresas como as de leasing. Estas nem dão valor ao contrato feito ou tem embutidas em letras pequenas condições que não beneficiam ao comprador do carro. O Código do Consumidor muitas vezes não protege todas as artimanhas do comprador. Estava lendo umas experiências no http://www.carrousado.org sobre todos os passos para a compra sem ter dor de cabeça depois. Foi mal, realmente está difícil fazer boas aquisições.

Hrmm that was weird, my comment got eaten. Anyway I wanted to say that it's nice to know that someone else also mentioned this as I had trouble finding the same info elsewhere. I know I’m a little late in contributing my ideas but this particular article made me believe. It was an absorbing weblog post. Zune and iPod: Most people compare the Zune to the Touch, but after seeing how slim and surprisingly small and light it is, I consider it to be a rather unique hybrid that combines qualities of both the Touch and the Nano. Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass' favor.

Between me and my husband we've owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I've settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it'll do even better in those areas, but for now it's a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod's strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.

そのとおりですね。私も、賛成です。
ただ、『素直に聞き入れる』というのは、確かに簡単なようで簡単には出来ないことですよね。年齢と経験からくる自負が邪魔をするのか、自我が邪魔をするのかわかりませんけど。。難しいです。
日常的に、相手の話を最後まで聞かないで、自分の意見をし始めてしまうこと・・ありますよね。
ですが、そのような場合は、結果として、誤解を招いたり、必要以上に事が大げさになったりすることも多いように感じます。
これを機会に、今一度『素直』を意識してみたいと思います。
